Hi, I’m Kristijan Altmajer — a photographer from Novi Sad who, well, fell in love with weddings (which I never planned 😅). My journey with photography began when I was just a kid. I’ve always been drawn to art, even if back then I had no idea what I was doing — at least I looked serious while trying.

Later, in 2015, I ended up on a cruise ship as a portrait photographer. Sounds like an adventure, and it was — mostly with a camera in hand rather than a cocktail. After that, I worked as a mentor and senior photographer at VIP Special Photography Studio. Great experience, but creativity there was, let’s say, limited. And me — someone who loves to capture things just as they are — realized I needed a different path.

So I returned to Novi Sad and decided to create my own direction — a place where I could do what I love, the way I love to do it. That’s basically how Photo Factory Weddings came to life. My work is full of emotions, and that’s what makes it special.

For me, photography isn’t about posing — it’s about storytelling. Since then, I’ve met incredible people, been part of their most important days, and captured everything — from spontaneous laughter to those moments when words simply fail. I’m not a fan of staged poses; my job is to tell the story honestly and naturally, so that even years later, it carries the same energy and emotion as the day it happened.
